What we know about "speaking skill"?

Well, this is one of the four important skills that we must study to understand, and make better our learning in the English language. daily we use this abilities in everything we do, but why we cannot take that opportunities to practices our second language?, think about that?

The speaking skill is a mode, an act to produce sounds, generate words, and more than that, is an art to communicate, to express and so on. 
we consider this skill as the most important, of course without separating it from other; the reason, because they work together to make a perfect language.
