Level of learners

Basic: 

These learners had no contact with English language at all. 

They are not familiarity with any topic and concepts in English.

They use a lot gestures to communicate everything

Intermediate: 

These learners understand more.

They can explain something unknown through another phrases.

Some of them speak slowly, with mistakes in structure.

Advance:  

These learners are prepared to participate in a conversation.

They can talk about almost every topic.

They look comfortable using English language.

And.... what about the teacher?

The characteristics of a good teacher,

*Firstly, the teacher must love what he does.

*He/she always is worried about what and how teach.
(They make the complex understandable)

*He or She pays attention to the characteristics of their learners. (They know their class)

*He/she is a good communicator.

Is a mentor, a guide, and more.

What are the characteristics of a good learner?

We begin by saying that, a good learner is someone who really wants to learn, he/she are committed and willing; this learner already has a goal, a target.

furthermore, he or she is motivated; find his/her own way to learn, has an style. Always looking new information, taking advantage of any situation in which he/she could practice and learn more.

Remember, speak is an art of communication between two or more person, through this ability we can send information about everything, but if we are being prepared and trained in the other three skills like, writing, reading and listening, we are ready for speaking very well, all skills are connected.
